Refund Information

A good percentage of lenders require homeowners to pay a full years premium in advance at loan closing with additional escrow payments accumulating monthly as a portion of their monthly mortgage payments.

For this reason you could be due a significant refund of at least one years premium payments in addition to permanent removal if you complete the OFFICIAL FORM (click on the Form tab above).

You can determine the exact amount of your refund that may be due by closely examining line #902 and #1002 of your HUD settlement statement which you received at closing.

The amounts shown on the two lines will mirror the total refund you may be due.
